This is a house specialty made from scratch. Our secret is one extra step, that we bake the pizza, until it is 70% done, but we stop short, cool it quickly and freeze to preserve freshness and lock in the moisture in the dough. Now the single baked dough is just resting to complete its destiny. When desired, we fire up the oven, add any extra topping, and finish baking the pizza to get the outside crispy, while the inside (delayed by chilling) soft, achieving the perfect balance with all the toppings well infused and acquinted with one another.
