Jewel Retreats

The 1st jewel is taking refuge in the Buddha. The unmistakable figure of the enlightened teacher is a symbol that draws the seeker to find shelter under the wisdom, knowledge and authority of the Knower. Established methods, mindful practices, meditations and Satsangs are all formal devices to establish and cultivate Form, ritual, custom, etc. The only purpose of the form is for you to build your escape vehicle out of it. Once you escape, looking back you will realize that all the form was only illusion. Not for those howerver that have not had this realization.

The First Jewel serves as a beautiful foundation for beginners, offering the essential teachings, guiding intent, and a structured path, rooted in time and a lineage to follow all the way to the Second Jewel, Finding Refuge in the Dharma.

Taking Refuge in the Dharma

The 2nd jewel is taking refuge in the Dharma, transcending and dissolving form. Here, one no longer requires external guidance, specific teachers, or practices to gain deeper understanding, because there has nothing left to be said. This retreat is designed to unfold in profound silence, from the moment we pick you up at the curb to the moment we return you, allowing your journey to deepen without interruption. Best suited for advanced practicioners who still fall in and out of the ultimate realization.

The 3rd jewel is taking refuge in the Sangha, explores life and the community of those who walk the path of awakening. It represents a collective support system,  where the presence of like-minded practitioners nurtures one's  spiritual growth. In this stage, personal insights deepen through shared experiences, while the wisdom of the group enriches individual understanding. The Sangha fosters connection, humility, and compassion, as each member serves both as a guide and a fellow seeker. It is within this sacred fellowship that the transformative power of community unfolds, making the spiritual journey a shared endeavor.
