Taking Refuge in the Buddha

The 1st Jewel of Buddha's gifts is best suited for those who have not yet gone beyond "form". If one isn't clear about what this means, that would be a good indication to start here. To find answers, to find a good teacher, to establish orientation and create good grounding for oneself. In this retreat, we cultivate a path in form, with rituals, practices & methods to anchor the self into form, structure, and gather around resonating priciples and realizations from various teachers. In this retreat we intend to create our own inner retreat, so that our spiritual path does not rely on external help and as direct as possible.

In this retreat we follow rituals, practices and utilize all kinds of tactics to celebrate and utilize form, to eventually be delivered by thsidynamics.
