If you are a holder of a Hawaiian Airlines credit card account note that these cards are being transferred to the new Hawaiian Airlines World Elite Mastercard for personal accounts and the Hawaiian Airlines Business Mastercard for small business.
This has happened because of a brand new partnership between the Bank of Hawaii and Barclays. Under the old system there were two types of the personal card. One had the Bank of America branding and the other Bank of Hawaii branding. On the other hand, the business card only had one branding, the Bank of America.
But now, both the personal and business credit cards are branded as Bank of Hawaii (BOH) and are issued by Barclaycard.
This means there are now two versions of the personal cards:
- Credit card with Bank of Hawaii branding can be obtained from the BoH website.
- Card without BOH branding can be obtained from the Hawaiian Airlines website.
And guess what?
As a sign up bonus, new consumers and small business card members will be rewarded with 35,000 bonus miles.
